My first training session

Well I'm currenly walking for my cool down, my legs and feet are on fire and my back kinda hurts. But all in all I feel good. When I told my wife I was going running today she laughed. Now I know she didn't mean it in a bad way just in a "yeah right" sorta way. So I'm using that and the fact that I have a hard time sticking with things as motivation to complete this 5k challenge.   1. Yay! Way to go!! Is that picture from the track you went to? Or is it just one you found? Don't forget to stretch!! That cool runnings website has some good tips if you aren't sure where to begin.

  2. This is the track where i ran, took the pic with my phone. Its the track at Valdosta Middle, its kind of the community track. The middle school team was having summer practice. There were old men passing me :( But i feel good about how it went.
